Brad Coldiron
Brad Coldiron provides alternative dispute resolution services to the legal and business communities in the areas of commercial litigation, business transactions, real estate transactions, commercial and residential construction defect, and debtor/creditor relations.
Over the past decade and a half, Mr. Coldiron has conducted thousands of mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences. He has developed extensive experience with various types of alternative dispute resolution and their application and effectiveness with a diverse range of cases. His substantial ADR skills, coupled with is strong legal background and having conducted hundreds of civil trials, numerous criminal trials, as well as his transactional background and strong business acumen, has broadened his vision of value, trial strategies and settlement methods.
Prior to establishing the Coldiron Mediation Group in 2011, Mr. Coldiron practiced law in Colorado for more than 20 years. Mr. Coldiron started his legal career with the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office, then moved to the law firm of Montgomery, Little, Young, Campbell & McGrew where he specialized in the practice of commercial litigation and real estate law/development. In 1993 Mr. Coldiron established the law firm of Coldiron & Associates, PC which, in 2004, became Coldiron & Hamrick, LLC.
With Mr. Coldiron at the helm, Coldiron & Hamrick, LLC grew into the largest landlord-only law firm in the state of Colorado. He specialized in the area of landlord-tenant law, fair housing, discrimination claims, real estate transactions/development, and commercial litigation.
As a Colorado native, Mr. Coldiron graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, in 1986. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree and later received his law degree from the University of Denver, in 1991. He practiced law in both the state and federal courts.
Upon establishing the Coldiron Mediation Group, Mr. Coldiron has turned his full attention to providing alternative dispute resolution services to the legal and business communities and no longer practices law, nor is licensed to practice law, in the State of Colorado.
Mr. Coldiron is a Certified Mediator.
