Submit payment

You should have received from our office the following documents for the setting of your mediation session:

1. Confirmation Letter
2. Agreement to Mediate
3. Procedures for Mediation (2 pages)
   

Please review all three documents (as listed above) carefully prior to submitting payment/deposit. By submitting payment/deposit you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions as set forth in the Agreement to Mediate.

1. Prior to submitting payment/deposit be certain to review all documents received from this office.
2. Please refer to the Agreement to Mediate, paragraph 6, which will instruct you as to the proper amount of the payment/deposit to be submitted.
3. Select the proper payment/deposit amount ($125 County Court/$250 District Court) by choosing the corresponding "Submit Payment" button on this page, then follow all directions as provided by PayPal to complete the transaction.
